Management is very poor. There is no proper process & systems of working. There is no value of skills & knowledge. There is value for charcha giri only. No fixed time of salary, we was received salary 5-6 months late. After resignation there is no guarantee of your full & final. Till now I do not receive my graduati. My PC account is till unpaid. I do not received my pending salary of 6 months.
Dislikes
There is more partiality, casteism, chamachagiri. Your performance is countable only on above factors. There is no scope of upgradation for the lower caste employee.
