I like how they lie about their company culture in the first place. And then show their actual culture which is equivalent to burning in hell.
Dislikes
- Won't pay you extra if you work 7 days a week, work overtime or over achieve the targets - But on contrary will deduct payment when you take one leave for exam after working on Sunday. - Will deduct payment when they feel like you are not working even after over achieving the targets. - Will pay you for half day if you don't attend the day end meeting which happens after the working hours. - They claim that they pay incentives after 90 days but they won't pay a single penny as they can't pay the base salary only. Which is fixed. And when you claim they'll give you hundred excuses. - they'll tell you that you'll get your payment tomorrow. But their tomorrow never comes....Read More
