Skil development and career leraning well but job security not conform HR and mangament say any day and any time go home. Or not gave any banefits for workers. Gave only salary

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
