The proprietor Mr Shome is very friendly and all the staff are very helpful

So far I have no issues with that. I have found a great work environment and not leaving this job too soon.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
