Constant interference of hospital management(non medical team) who preach you how to manage your patients according to their whims and fancies and show a lot of high handedness at something which they have no clue. There's a lack of even the basic surgical instruments and even after repeated meetings instruments have not been procured. Worst PR manager and marketing managers who share doctor's personal contact numbers to patients without even asking the doctor whether or not to share contact details. The management pressurise to admit even the most complicated cases in this hospital itself when they need a tertiary level care at a medical college for the benefit of the patient himself. They promote themselves outside to be a trust hospital and then on the inside cry about how revenue generation is poor in certain departments and blame doctors for not generating revenue and then they offer to reduce the salary package thus make the doctors resign. If anyone disbelieve this review and think it's written with a personal agenda then God save you. Also if youre a reasonable person who uses own bit of research, then contact a gynecologist, orthopedician, a general surgeon, a pediatrician and an anesthesiologist who have resigned or have been forced to resign from this place within the last 2 years and know for yourself....Read More

Residents is very nice

Management is very arrogant egoistic not giving proper salary. Tortured for many small things . They have no idea about balance between professional life and personal life.
