There is not much to appreciate about this company. They make plenty of promises but they rarely deliver. Only HR is helpful.

Dislikes

1. No Job Security at all, they can fire you at any time without giving you Notice. 2. Salary not on time. it is getting delay by more than one month. 3. No Health Insurance 4. Office is not good, they office in 1 BHK with only one AC. 5. They will not disclose Everything before you joi n. 6. Expectation from New Employee is too high. 7. Without proper KT they will assign you Task from day one and expect to finish as per their wish. 8. They have Leave Sandwich policy. if you take leave on Friday/Monday then Saturday and Sunday will also considered as Leave. 9. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
