It is a PSU company. Good for on role NMDC Emplyees.Not good for contract emplyees.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

NMDC Emplyees inferior other contract emplyees. Not behave like PSU. Culture not like PSU.
