Best environment and culture for those who are willing to enhance their skills. I like the company very much as it is transparent in its functionality

Dislikes

Less no of employees. So heavy work load but chance to learn

In the beginning I feel a bit difficulty but later I feel quite interesting to work

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
