Your CTC will be decided based upon your background, not on your skills and abilities. The retention budget is less than the new hires. Poor resource capacity management. Requirements keep changing till the sprint end. People serving for a long time and delivering are not valued. There is no standard for compensation, people with less experience and skills get high pay. Their Bar is so high that you can't achieve it, hence no good ratings, doesn't matter how much effort you put in. They start asking for more when ratings/appraisal time approaches.
