Overall Work culuture and company policies are really however lack of job security.

Dislikes

No any point for dislike but as a suggestion If employee is not performing as expected then insted of terminate or fire immidiately move he/she into PIP fisrt

Nothing - HR are liars. They said 3 month notice period but gave only one month salary and gave the threat that they will teminate if not resign .

Dislikes

Manager use to see the stock market only and not even know about the projects which they are handling. When any issues in project they only blame the team and fire them.

Work Details

Only harressment. In nitor they only harress the employ . They lay off more than 100 people out of 300 and again recurit the freshers.

They are terminating employees if they don't have work/projects to to. Don't join this organization.

Dislikes

They are terminating employees if they don't have projects . No proper planning and execution. Top management is irresponsible.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
