Dislikes

There is no job security and management is totally worst. They don't respect juniors

Its work cluture is very flexible. It also have following benifts : 1. Work Load managment is good 2. Employee well-being managment 3.healthy bond

There clients are very though to handle

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Trying to switch after 8 years

I have been working in IT INDUSTRY for 8 years in the same Company I always thought about stability and a secure job that's the reason. I never tried to switch but now due to family expenses I need to change companies in any conditions. Please can anybody suggest the companies with the same stability and security of jobs in the IT sector Worked in the following domains till now Hitech domain Banking(BFSI) domain Telecom - Verizon
