Advice Principal architect Please create an environment where employees can work.also ples. stop making fool & try to respect them who are putting their efforts to generate revenue & earned new projects for you..NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. " Worst Company I have worked". Worst work culture & High Unethical behavior. Rules are constantlychange as per Boss Mood for each Employee. They Are happy to screw the employee career. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any pay. Boss pressurize & harass employee until they leave job by them self. Boss tag line was " We won't fired employee, employee leave us". Hikes is like peanuts if u r joining at higher package no matter how good u work its cost center...Pls don't apply here Please...Read More
