Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I like everything about working culture in Niramoy Hospital about job security, During the peak time of covid, They did not exited anyone, They assign the task as per seniority, Management is good it's a reputed hospital of jorhat , every year 10% increament and 12 days leave during calendar year.

Dislikes

Yes Some times they don't ask people what's mistake they have done and scold their staff and Salary is Little bit less.

Life is smooth except night duty. 6 hours duty in a day.
