So much politics doings by non technical persons. Evey year 3 manager change. Overall zero security of job. Simple rules here bane raho lhul salary paao full. Technical person value zero . Company culture controlled by non technical and non educated persons .

I done lot improvement and improve efficiency 70% to 81% Japanese persos understand but indian staff don't like technical and intelligent persons.
