I LIKE THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT STAFF ARE VERY COOPERATIVE. THE MANAGEMENT IS VERY GOOD. DUTY HOURS IS VERY FLEXIBLE.

I SUPERVISE IN THE RECEPTION AREA, BELL DESK , LOBBY & TRAVEL DESK. I CHECK THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT REPORTS. D.A.R AND D.D.R ,INVENTORY MAINTAIN IN ALL ONLINE PORTAL.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
