I am a very experienced professional and don’t feel comfortable writing such a negative post about any company. But NIQ India is one of the most ugly experiences I had after working for big names. Their leaders are poorly trained, not transparent, most insecured and inefficient HR and a group of insecured folks who have no idea how to manage talent.

Dislikes

The seniors who call themselves leadership are highly insecured and have no idea of investing on their people. They only want to save their jobs and copy paste the work of the teams. They can’t give right guidance to the middle management, no investment on middle management and typical culture where the one who can’t challenge them is the one who is kept closest.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office
