Work Life Balance is very great at NIQ. Learnings at all depends on project and requirement. There are some automation are available but sometimes same kind work only repeatedly getting. EU-RD OPS team management are very worst I have planned to resign upcoming month due to this toxic management. They told us there is no micromanagement but they are use a productivity tracker. If you are a favor of the manager or team leader they will change your datas in tracker to showcase you as a potential worker during appraisal time. However, if you are not favored but are a hardworking employee god only save you, they can easily change the datas and leave year end comments suggesting you need improve you performance. If you want to grow in the EU RD operations particularly in the UK team you need following skills: Come early in the morning scrolling Instagram or snapchat and showcase yourself as a hardworking employee. Don’t complete your work on time stay late night and leave. Showcase yourself are potential You don’t need to understand processes instead work for toxic manager not clients. Always say yes to everything. In meeting if they ask for suggestions its best to not share any if you do you become their first target leading to frustration and eventually leaving the company. One of the worst company in operations sector . The EU-RD operations team is a worst and toxic place to work. If you are placed in this team on your first day, resigning might be a better option because the toxic management can ruin your career. In particular, the OPS Manager (Michael Rodney Fernando) does not give promotions or salary hikes to the right people. Instead, he surrounds himself with a group of yes-man, who is worst creature ever such worst fellow. Additionally, the EU-RD managers lack knowledge of processes but still demand KPI maintenance. One good thing is EU - RD especially this guy Michael fernando Rodney team has been continuously dropping paper and because of this guy the company attrition rate is increasing.
