What I dislike is the behaviour of HR department towards their employees is very bad they are not supportive at all in terms of promotions and in terms of employees mental health. And also they are not supporting at all on their own HR policies they alter the policies according to their benefit even employee would try to proof that policy to them but they never accept that.

Anuj Parmar - Is a habitual POSH offender and yet gets promoted. Ajit Tiwary - Will smile on your face and pretend he is your best friend while stabbing you when it suits him. You may Work On Saturday or Sunday aslo Sometimes if they is many Tasks. They won't use Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Nothing.
