I have been working only for few months. All those days were good and I have been working as a contract (home based) employee. Also, I am a resident of Chennai. So, I am not that much familiar with Nicetrans.

Salary - Good
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

I have been working in contract. I have been doing very few volume so that I am not able to grow in my career. I did not feel any work pressure, but I am unable to reach my target lines whatever I produced in my previous organisation. Even the payment which I got is not affordable for my lifestyle in my place. Of course, I feel that the growth is slow.

Work Details

I feel great to work in Nicetrans because I did not feel any challenge or I did not experience any longtime work for more than 8 hours. The accounts whatever I am doing was good.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
