A nightmare Experience: Company's HR in Shambles During New Employee Onboarding. I recently had the unfortunate experience of joining in and i must say that the onboarding process was nothing short of a nightmare. from the very beginning, it was evident that the company HR company hr department was completely unprepared and lacked a basic understanding of the new employee joining procedures. To begin with, the communication from HR was disorganized and misleading, In conclusion, my experience with the company has been marred by the utter incompetence an unprofessionalism of its HR team.
