I informed I wasnt keeping well still the management forced me to work. No decency how to speak with employees. The worst part this company does not follow Indian Labor Laws. They denied processing my Full & Final Settlement. After all this, HR Boncia was teaching me to be more considerate and professional. I mean its funny but what do expect from a start up.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
