Firstly they won’t give training to freshers and expect to do complicated work if we don’t do they will attack with personal words.They won’t even have a plan of work. U need to work all days from 9-9 even sometimes Upto 1am and project manager will say u are not working. It’s a complete fraud when comes to salary he promised one fig at the end month he will say I am not satisfied I won’t give full salary . There will be no life if u join in this company remember u won’t get salary for working 7 days a week...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
