If anyone is considering working here, let me be the first to warn you not to. It is not a great place to work, and I remember one of the many turn offs about this company was that whenever I applied for the leave that was given to me, my team lead would ask me why and would show like a face that he was not happy about me taking leave. I only took the days off that was assigned to me to use for my own personal benefit. The fact that I had to explain why I had to take leave, even though it was personal was an invasion of my privacy. But they still had issues. The work culture is a typical Indian work setup where in people expect you to bust your back to work for minimum pay. The office is a small building with barely anything great about the look, the salary they offer is awful and the treatment you get from HR to complete their own work for your joining and exiting formalities is horrible. The HR department behave like a bunch of 12th graders who have zero clue how to do their job and at the end will make your life miserable when you have to leave the company - by making you run around for the exit formalities that in reality THEY have to finish. Take my advice folks, no matter how badly you need the money, I guarantee you, it will not be worth putting yourself through hell working for this company. Whatever you need so desperately, there'll be another way to get that. No matter how terrible a person you are, you don't deserve to work here so please, if you are thinking about it, let my message here be the sign to NOT join.
