Gets an exposure to the transport operation in USA.

Dislikes

They say the will give salary hike and will send you to USA but no chance for that , company it self is struggling. Rather then improving the service , company think to remove people. Work culture over USA is very bad in the company people think you are a cheap labor and will put all mistake on you and good deed on themself </mark>. There is lot communication gap and no scope of learning and growing with in company . You work like hell over here with deteriorating yours physical and mental heath, people get sick most of the time not simple sickness but life threatening sickness....Read More
