Dislikes

There is no proper process , if you are trying to implement the new things , people will not listen and support. IT is very bad here to support the day to day operations . Operations HOD is not ready to support he is totally outdated , he will not listen and respect , if there is any issues he wil shout in front of your colleagues your reputation will become zero . In this company only operations is working for 6 days per week .rest all working 5 days per week . If u made any single Mistakes you will get a warning letter and salary deductions . There is no job security ,any time they will fire you ....Read More

Need Your Valuable Advice.

Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?
