I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Likes

The work environment is average only, Staffs and colleagues are friendly and it will be easy to travel by train. Bus route we have to walk for 20 minutes

Dislikes

Infrastructure is bad they implement many methods but can't able to follow that
