There was nothing good about it in anyway. I think it was just a waste of time. No leaves allowed, no job satisfaction and no perks. Even my speciality cases I wasn't paid my percentage. Salary was deducted because I left the clinic, even after giving prior notice..unethical staff..

Nothing good at all..its a vicious cycle to get stuck into unethical practice

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
