Good work Environment And Culture, Teammates are Supportive And Managements is Transparent. There is One hour lunch Break, Company policies are Good Appraisal are Fair and They Give Good Salary Hike and Bonus Every Year

My Job is Quite Interesting, I Struggled a bit in the beginning as there New Atmosphere, I learnt Everything on the job, Slowly All Teammates understanding And Working, Among All Good "RESULTS "Started Coming Out .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
