Not favourable atmosphere. It is service school.students FROM nagarjuna cements factory and near by villages study there. So street will be on principal. No fee principle gives parents less concentration. It is remote area and maximum students are from st category. So arrogance is a part in their lives. So I needed maximum patience. I took utmost care about their discipline and studies. I spent 13 hours in the school daily and brought some favourable atmosphere. Management support is good. They provide every facility the school needs. But md sir is too straight and does what he wants. He does listen to our explanation. He follows whom he trusts. They blame without consideration and humanity. If you are sensitive, you cant work there. They expect submission rather than commitment....Read More

Dislikes

They should listen to everybody in the school, before they take a decision. In every school we find hundreds of mentalities. Every day we find new problems. Principal go according to the situation. Principal should be given instructions before not after. They should convey what they except. They should create safe atmosphere.

Work Details

A little bit hard and we dont know what will we hear tomorrow from management about our continuation.
