For like I might say, good team management and the people (employees) working this company are very friendly.

Dislikes

There are many unnecessary things going inside, 1. The politics based the experience and position 2. Work life balance is very bad 3. Instant layoffs 4. No Appreciation 5. There is a micro management - they having tool to track you every second of your work 9 hours of working and the break and lunch not included 6. Until you areok with all the conditions and flexible they make you good, like late night support, no absence etc. If you are not ok with their conditions they simply make you pressure to follow it. Don't see the 5 * reviews, and choose your career to this organisation, I want you to think about your future, mental health, career and then choose your career over here. Note : After relieving they will not provide any kind support and documents for the further career development. Simply they not even respond to your message.
