Full of politics and people are getting discrminated basis of their colous.. People are getting targetted and managers are showing personal vengeance

Earlier before 2023 Work culture was great. Company was employee orientated. But from this year everything has gone for a toss. No good work culture. No benefits for employee. Vintage staff being targeted for non critical errors. Being Pushed to a level to resign. lots of dissatisfied people mostly vintage has left the organisation now.
