Earlier before 2023 Work culture was great. Company was employee orientated. But from this year everything has gone for a toss. No good work culture. No benefits for employee. Vintage staff being targeted for non critical errors. Being Pushed to a level to resign. lots of dissatisfied people mostly vintage has left the organisation now.
