There is no continuous assessment or salary appraisal.xmas bonus can be given to you as low as 5%. Salary increment is determined for employees which does not equate to their input . There's a huge pay gap between middle and senior Managers I

One's work is dependent on the like and dislikes of a senior manager , Even if you're a hard worker if one of the senior manager dislikes you .he will make sure to find faults in you

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look at the entire raw Materials even those not in our custody but depends on the third party confirmation which we use to update our systems.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
