Some of the things such as heart beat survey is a good practice by the organization where you rate your managers and give feedback to organisation on how things are. It does have an impact on the managers and their attitude but is only effective where there is a big team and your manager is unable to identify who gave the negative feedback. The culture is bad, situation has gone from bad to worse here. They have hired bad leaders at the top who are impacting the overall employee experience, have zero leadership/people skills. Support functions are one of the worst functions to work with. Zero work life balance, i have been employed with them for 2 years now and while i have 27 annual leaves i have hardly taken 10 leaves in an year because of the work pressure</mark>. Working on weekends is normal. Working a 12-16 hours shift is normal in many functions and you wont even get paid overtime. Bad language is being used on the floor, leaders turn a blind eye towards complaints. Basically you are left on your own to survive, they know you are in need and will not leave so quickly. Australia stakeholders are mad and will escalate on a daily basis for even the smallest of issues. Poor Leadership with groupism Managers and other colleagues in authority lack empathy and professional mannerism. NAB India leadership harp about NAB's values and principles, but at the same time don't follow them. NAB India leadership is power hungry and money hungry. They have created toxic work environment. Not enough parking area to accommodate even 10% of the strength on the floor. Not enough seating capacity for colleagues in the office.
