Anytime layoffs will be happened we don't know you are in that layoff. Most of the PM'S are not even don't know the basic mechanical principles. Salaries are not on time. If you resigned you won't get the salary within time. You have to bargain them please give my salary. There is no appraisal, don't expect the appraisal. They'll deduct the variable pay but after one year they'll won't pay this is biggest minus. If you work more than 8 hours they won't pay for that time....Read More
