1.Misrepresentation : Use Clients name at the time of hiring and stating that she is the owner of that co. and she is hiring for the same but it's a trap kindly be careful. 2.Job culture : The workplace environment lacks of positivity and healthy interactions. 3.Career Growth: There is lack of career growth, lack of Pay. 4.Job role : Roles and Responsibility remains ambiguous and undefined. 5.Dominating Employer: The employer exercises excessive control and authority. treat employees as a slave, and carry pretending nature. 6.Work system : The absence of structured processes hampers productivity. basic amenities and facilities are not provided. 7.Learning opportunity : There is no Learning opportunity to enhance your career.
