I would say 2 points: 1) Nagarro should start giving compensation hike once employee gets promoted. As employee take extra responsibility after every promotion and its a big moment for any employee. Similar to other companies start giving some percentage of hike during promotion as well. 2) Plan to keep annual hike cycle same for all. this way it will be easy for company to make any decision and it will not be a biased towards anyone....Read More
