Basically, As I am a girl I have to care about my security problem. I dislike traveling to go to the office daily. but Nagarro provided work-from-home opportunities. My salary appraisal is not high but still, I am learning I am happy with that.

Lot of internal politics. Insecure management. Needs to sort out why attrition rate from some projects is ever-increasing. Had to finally resign because of the same. They did not even process a month's salary for me. I left in november and got October salary in January next year. Did not get november salary at all.
