You can learn new technologies here but absolutely depend on your luck if the manager and project is good you can work 5 to 6 hr then spend time in learning but if the project and manager are worst then trust me working more that 8 hr and completing our work on time canget you fired or every day as hell and there could be lot of micro management. Nothing, work life balance is terrible as company expects its employees to work for more than 9 hours and even more so the management doesn’t welcome good ideas for minimising the working with effective skills and tools. The management of finance department don’t want to change the orthodox working and treat their employees as unskilled employees.
