Job security is less. It is growing so sometimes in order to maintain profitability makes compensation changes and appraisal delay . Medical insurance can be better

Too many variables in salary structure. Very low appraisal after postponing it for 6 months. HRs are not supportive. Some project leads/ teams are partial and too much internal politics. No job security as silent layoffs are happening for over more than a year.

Worst service company to work for at present - poor appraisals - 3 % ctc cut in name of company performance - if you are on bench or maternity leave then 5% of your ctc is cut - poor work life balance avg working hours are 14-15, will be extended on project release - no salary hike on promotion - 2 days paternity leave only - no good tech projects mostly consulting projects where you work with other companies as external consultant on payroll of nagarro - no policy to change project if you r dissatisfied, only policy on paper but rejected everytime - HR does not even care to reply on queries...Read More

What ever the hike you will get at the time of joining that the only truth. HR will make false promises for appraisal hike but appraisal is not good what HR have told. I don't have good experience with my previous manager. On Yammer, they are very good but on call they treat like they are threatening you. Middle Management Beurocratic mindset No process outlay and very lament approach when execution required. Few are working very hard and others are like parasites feeding upon their work. Process differs as per the convenience of Middle management.

They force you to work on things that are not beneficial for you, and then they base promotions on skills you are not allowed to work on. The promotion process is terrible. They expect you to complete full-fledged projects in addition to your regular work, and promotions are dry not salary increment.

Nothing, work life balance is terrible as company expects its employees to work for more than 9 hours and even more so the management doesn’t welcome good ideas for minimising the working with effective skills and tools. The management of finance department don’t want to change the orthodox working and treat their employees as unskilled employees.

Everything, I thought the company is a people company and would treat its employees as part of family because they always say that we all employees are a part of one big family. But they don’t believe in this statement, I wish employees could take a stand and talk about their stress or feelings more often but there isn’t any platform which welcomes this type of initiative. About NAGARRO , company is going down day by day . Already appraisals are postponed by 6 months and not they have declined org bonus as well to be paid to employees. In the name of increment, penny amount of hardly 3-5% is giving. Bench strength is increasing day by day . Silent layoffs are happening for people who are on bench for more than 6 months

Worst company i have worked till today. Zero support for laterals and they will remove you from projects even if you work day and night. Hr won't listen you until you resign.

Initially they feel you like its a best company but once you are in a project things will be totally different. They can remove you from projects doesn't matter how much effort you put. Please avoid this company.
