Job security is not at all guarded for guest fachulties as usual but job satisfaction is high without having appropriate value for compensation for services rendered.

Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Excellent
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Very nice place to render service. Overall administration is very good. The principal of the said college very nice and most importantly he is very good administrative by his nice techniques. He is very nice human being as whole he is a very nice personality.

Job security - Poor
Promotions - Bad

Work Details

Nice experience that I do have acquired from my work as a guest faculty.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
