Worse management. They will rob your skills and won't pay you what you deserve. If they feel they don't need you, they will remove you without any intimation. No teams and clients for the company. No group Insurance. They don't even care your personal problems just treats you like a slave. They don't even have the proper office space at the head office location.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
