I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. There are many dislikes- the management is very bad, they’re Deducting unnecessary amounts, not coming salary and also without information they will ask you to leave. In the management Sophia and Prateek they’re don’t have the knowledge how to speak with people, why politeness is much important. After all they’ve hired uneducated people that’s why company is getting down in business
