Very low salary Only temporary hire employees for 6months to 1 year after completion of sporting events they terminate all employees on large scale no job security no workculture people who join this company will spoil their life with outfinding another employment

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
