Work culture is good. Colleagues are supportive and willing to help juniors and new joiners. Good place to learn for the beginners.

Dislikes

Slow growth in terms of both salary and designation. Work life balance is poor due to lesser manpower than actual requirement. In the absence of single employee rest working staff is loaded due to burden of work. Limited knowledge with respect to entire technical aspects of process.
