Poor management and a lack of work-life balance make it a challenging workplace. Salary payments are often delayed, with many employees experiencing 3-4 months of pending wages. Additionally, there is no clear policy regarding the notice period, job security, or career growth. Employee concerns are not addressed, and the overall work environment is unprofessional. It is not a good place to work.
