Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is no respect between the employees. There is a politics in the management system.

Work Details

This job is interesting because I'm doing first time sales in my career and I'm enjoying this new challenge of my life.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
