You will not get enough support for handling the tasks. There are Managers just to push you taking tickets and solve. They are not technically qualified and they don't know how much time and what resources are required for a task. Hired as L1 engineer and then from 1st day itself worked as a L2 engineer without any changes in salary. This is happening all projects. Hired for rotational shift and worked completely at night shifts. During the interview process, both Manager and HR assured to have rotational shift. But, on the floor there is only no shift, I had to work nights only. Very bad cheat. Please Please Please don't sign the bond if you are not 100% sure that you will work there for 2 years.
