I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Nothing. Pathetic management. Never paid salary on time. Unjustified salary deductions. Very abusive .

Everything. Management not ready to invest a single penny. Very abusive president n her daughter. No respect for anyone.
