Abusive words used on the floor by managers, no leaves on Sunday as well and there is no timings to go to home.

It's most of the work was outsourced to outside organization. This was the main reason , company culture are not so professional and increments and other benefits are very low comparison to it own subsidiaries.

Slow is decision making, not interested in outside group business have some wonderful products but not working on them to improve it.Have excellent practice teams but working on outdated technologies which creates a big gap .
