Answer lies in what I like about the company. If you have ambition, hardworking, freedom to work then never join this company. They will torture you to the extent. Middle and senior management is dumb. Least bothered about individual growth. New CEO has already ruin the company ethics and stability by applying policies that has no objective. HR is one of the worst dept here who never listen to your issues. They only appear during boarding. No exit interviews. Don't dare to raise your issues else your career with company is at a risk. No equal opportunity. Less pay. No training. No growth. Non IT company. Stay away.
